Hewlett-Packard says revenue growth next year 'unlikely'

Meg Whitman, the chief executive ofHewlett-Packard, has warned that thefirm is "unlikely" to see revenue growthnext year.Her comments came as the firm reporteda 8% decline in revenue for the quarterending 31 July, from a year ago.HP has struggled amid falling global PCsales and rising competition. It wasdisplaced by China's Lenovo as theworld's top PC maker last year.The growth warning saw HP shares fallnearly 6% in after-hours trading."What has changed about 2014's outlookis a couple of things - Enterprise Group'sperformance especially during thequarter," Ms Whitman told analystsduring a conference call after the results."Weak execution has amplified themarket challenges we know exist.
